Lands allocated in new cities to be cemeteries for Egyptian expats

The Ministry of Housing and New Urban Communities in Egypt has announced the allocation of lands to become cemeteries for Egyptian expatriates in four new cities – New Cairo, Badr City, Tenth of Ramadan City and the New October City.

The price per square meter in the cemeteries of New Cairo was set at US$90, which is equivalent to LE1,565, bringing the value of a cemetery of an area of ​​40 meters, to $3,600.

The down payment is set at $900.

The price per square meter in Badr City was set at $80, equivalent to LE1,320, bringing the price of a 40-meter cemetery to $3,200 and the down payment was set at $800.

In New October City, the price per square meter is $90, equivalent to LE1,565, bringing the total value of the cemetery of an area of ​​40 square meters, to $3,600, and the down payment was set at $900.
