“The Nile will flow in Egypt forever,” Kenyan Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka told Egyptian Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif in a meeting on Wednesday.
Musyoka supported Nazif’s proposal to transform the Nile water agreement into a wider agreement for Nile Basin development.
“I swear we have no intention of violating Egypt’s right to Nile water,” Musyoka added.
Musyoka and Nazif signed an agreement for cooperation on agricultural projects.
