Japan, a major economic power, seems to be a pioneer in everything, including food. In Japan, you can now find foods and beverages that are not produced by any other country.
Not only can you drink garlic-flavored cola and eat fried tree leaves, but you can also now find fruit-flavored eggs.
The new eggs are called Yamasaki. They taste like the citrous Yuzu fruit that resembles oranges and lemons in shape and tastes like grapefruit and tangerines.
The Yamasaki farm was the first to come up with the idea. There, the chickens are fed with Yuzu fruit peel, cabbage and sesame and corn seeds.
They look like normal eggs but smell and taste differently even before cooking.
