Forty-nine Egyptians who were deported by Italian authorities for illegal residence arrived at Cairo International Airport on Tuesday.
An airport official source said the deported immigrants arrived from Bari on an Egypt Air flight. The source said the deportees' passports, IDs, and criminal history will be checked, and they will be interrogated about how they departed Egypt before being granted re-entry.
