The Israeli army announced on Sunday the death of eight soldiers and officers in ongoing clashes at the Gaza Strip.
Israel on Saturday also revealed the killing of five officers and soldiers from its forces in the south and north of the Gaza Strip.
In addition, 44 soldiers were injured in battles in the last 24 hours, 10 of whom are in critical condition.
The Israeli army explained that “A total of 189 officers and soldiers were seriously injured in ground operations, 310 were moderately injured, and 327 were slightly injured.”
The occupation forces continue their aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 79th day, targeting civilians and vital installations, including hospitals and schools.
