Investigations over Ahram corruption resume Monday

Judicial investigation panel decided on Sunday to put investigations into the Ahram corruption case on hold until Monday in order to resume the review of corruption issues within the institution.
 
The panel is investigating Hassan Hamdy, chairman of Ahly Club and former chief of the Ahram Advertising Agency, Amr Abdel Aziz, head of the former chairman, and Mohamed Mohammadein, former head of Ahram Advertising Agency,
 
The three suspects were arrested on Sunday upon request from the authority, which is expected to issue decision within few hours.
 
The authority conducted investigations upon reports from the Administrative Control Authority, Central Auditing Organization and some Ahram journalists. The reports indicated to financial corruption that exceeded millions of pounds and facilitating seizure of Ahram money.
