Interim President Adly Mansour ordered the formation of a judicial committee to investigate violence that erupted outside Republican Guard House Monday, where at least 43 people were killed, state-run news agency MENA reported.
The president meanwhile ordered protesters stay away from military buildings.
The presidency, according to MENA, expressed its dismay after scores died in the violence early Monday.
