Interactive programs set for 1st International Youth Conference: Minister of Youth

The Minister of Youth and Sports Engineer, Khalid Abd al-Aziz, announced that the ministry is currently organizing the 1st International Youth Conference, to be held next November in Sharm al-Sheikh city.

Egypt has prior experience in organizing youth conferences. It successfully managed four national conferences in 2017, which acted as direct liaisons between President Abd al-Fattah al-Sisi and the Egyptian youth, Abd al-Aziz told the state-run Middle East News Agency (MENA).

The Egyptian government was interested in hearing the different views of young people regarding its work program, during the national youth conferences, Abd al-Aziz said, adding that President Sisi is eager to hear about different issues that concern young people worldwide.

In spirit the of global youth unity, the Fourth state-sponsored Youth Conference’s participants in July, Alexandria, addressed the “world’s young people” with a video message, inviting them to join, in different languages, the November 2017 conference in Sharm al-Sheikh city.
