Egypt announced that the international travel and tourism website TripAdvisor has chosen the city of Hurghada, on the Red Sea, among its nominations for best tourist destinations in 2024.
The Information and Decision Support Center of the Egyptian Cabinet published a statement on Tuesday citing TripAdvisor as saying that the city has witnessed significant improvements recently, making it a prime destination for European tourists in particular, thanks to some of the best diving sites in the world.
TripAdvisor added that Hurghada also boasts magnificent coral reefs and turquoise waters ideal for surfing, making it widely popular among tourists of different nationalities.
