Meteorologists predict hot weather on Sunday during the day over Greater Cairo and the Delta, with moderately hot weather along the north coast and very hot weather in Upper Egypt and South Sinai.
The weather will be mild at night over most parts of the country, however, increased humidity will exacerbate the feeling of hot weather by two to four degrees.
High temperatures for the following cities are:
Alexandria: 31C
Cairo: 36C
Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh: 38C
Qena: 40C
Aswan and Luxor: 41C
Mist will impact visibility near agricultural land, highways, and roads adjacent to bodies of water in Cairo, the Delta, and the north coast.
Active winds are expected along the northwestern coast and in South Sinai.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to rough, ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height with northwestern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwestern to northeastern surface winds.
