The Egyptian Meteorological Authority on Thursday predicted that the weather across Egypt will be hot from Friday to Monday, with slightly cooler temperatures along the north coast.
Temperatures in Cairo and the Delta governorates will range between 29C and 35C, while cities the north coast can expect daytime highs between 22C and 29C.
Very hot weather is expected for Upper Egypt, with temperatures ranging between 36C and 42C.
The will grow cold across all parts of the country at night, with temperatures ranging between 15C and 19C.
Winds will be active in several areas throughout the days in Cairo, the Delta, the northeast coast, northern Upper Egypt, and South Sinai.
The western half of the country might witness sand and dust storms on Sunday.
