Meteorologists anticipate moderate weather will dominate the northern coasts on Thursday. Hot temperatures are expected for Lower Egypt and Cairo, with the highest temperatures in Upper Egypt during the morning.
Temperatures predicted are 37C in Cairo, 33C in Alexandria, 45C in Qena, 45C in Luxor, 46C in Aswan.
Mild weather is predicted for the country over night.
Low-level clouds will appear over the northern parts of the country. Winds are expected to be mostly northeasterly and moderate in strength, and will be active in South Sinai and southern parts of Upper Egypt, in addition to Gulf of Suez and Red Sea affecting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height with northeastern surface winds, with rougher waves in the Red Sea around 2 to 2.5 meters in height and surface winds from the northwest.
