Hot weather will prevail across Egypt during the daylight with temperatures reaching up to 40C, according to meteorologists, who added that temperatures will begin to fall by by March 23.
They also advised citizens to keep avoid light clothes for the first week of April as the spring season is characterized by sharp fluctuations
Maximum temperatures for the following cities on Monday are:
-Northwestern coasts: 28C
-Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt: 34C
-Central Sinai, Northeastern coasts: 35C
-North of Upper Egypt: 37C
-South of Upper Egypt: 40C
Maximum temperatures for the following cities on Tuesday are:
-Northwestern coasts: 21C
-Northeastern coasts: 27C
-Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt: 30C
-Central Sinai, Northern Upper Egypt: 35C
-Southern Upper Egypt: 40C
