Meteorologists expect hot weather on Saturday across Egypt, with the highest temperatures south of Upper Egypt, while growing cooler along the north coast and at night.
Temperatures predicted are 45C in Aswan, 44C in Luxor, 43C in Qena, 37C in Cairo and 30C in Alexandria.
Low-level clouds will appear over the northern parts of the country.
Winds are expected to be mostly northeasterly and moderate in strength. They will be active throughout the south and South Sinai, in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, affecting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, with rougher waves in the Red Sea around 2 to 2.5 meters in height. Surface winds will be northwestern in both seas.
