Meteorologists expect hot and humid weather on Thursday in Cairo and Lower Egypt up until northern Upper Egypt, with very hot weather for southern Upper Egypt during the daytime.
The weather will be moderate along the northern coasts, and will grow milder at night across the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 31C in Alexandria, 35C in Cairo, 39C in Qena, 40C in Luxor, and 41C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country, with low -level clouds anticipated. Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to two meters in height, with northwestern surface winds on both seas.
