Meteorologists predict moderate weather across Egypt’s northern coasts on Friday, hot weather in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and northern Upper Egypt, and very hot weather in Southern Upper Egypt during the daylight.
Weather will grow milder at night throughout the country.
Temperatures predicted are 31C in Alexandria, 35C in Cairo, 39C in Qena, 40C in Luxor and 40C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country. There will be low-level clouds across the northern coasts.
Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate, disturbing sands and dusts in South Sinai and some areas of Southern Upper Egypt. The sands will possibly disturb maritime navigation in the Gulf of Suez and the Red Sea.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be rough and will range between 1.5 to two meters in height, with northwestern surface winds on both of them.
