Meteorologists are anticipating hot, humid weather across Egypt this Wednesday across.
As usual, the mildest temperatures are expected along the north coast, with the hottest temperatures in southern Upper Egypt in the daylight hours, becoming milder at night.
Temperatures predicted include 32C in Alexandria, 36C in Cairo, 40C in Qena, 41C in Luxor, and 41C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts in the morning. Low-level clouds are expected in the north.
Meanwhile, winds are predicted to be northwestern and moderate, active on the western coasts, South Sinai, northern Upper Egypt, the Red Sea and Gulf of Suez – disrupting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height.
Surface winds will be northwestern on both seas.
