Morning mist is expected for Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northern coast.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 31C in Alexandria, 35C in Cairo, 40C in Qena, 40C in Luxor, and 41C in Aswan.
Winds are expected to be active in most of the country, possibly disrupting maritime navigation in South Sinai.
The Egyptian Meteorological Authority said that the country is still being affected by the Indian summer monsoon, which is making the country’s weather hotter and more humid.
Expected minimum and maximum humidity levels for Thursday are: Cairo and Lower Egypt 35-80 percent, the northern coast 60-88 percent, northern Upper Egypt 25-65 percent, and southern Upper Egypt 18-35 percent.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be rough, ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height, with northwesterly surface winds on both seas.
