Meteorologists expect very hot weather to prevail on Wednesday across Egypt. Milder temperatures are expected along the north coast.
Low and medium-level clouds are anticipated on Wednesday accompanied with rainfall along the northeastern coast, Sinai, the Red Sea mountain chains and some areas in the south of the country.
Winds are expected to be mostly southwesterly and to blow up sand and dust in the south of Upper Egypt.
Waves in the Mediterranean and Red seas will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with northeasterly surface winds in the Mediterranean Sea and southeasterly surface winds in the Red Sea.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 36C in Cairo and 31C in Alexandria, 38C in Qena, 42C in Luxor, and 42C in Aswan.
