Twenty-two workers were injured Friday morning when their factory bus suffered a horrific rollover accident on the Kafr Dawoud – Sadat road in Sadat City, Monufia Governorate.
According to a source, the injuries varied, including multiple fractures, lacerations, and bruises across the body. One worker suffered a severed left arm due to severe tissue damage and underwent immediate emergency surgery.
The hospital administration promptly called in surgical and internal medicine teams and declared a state of maximum alert.
The source noted that most of the injured were shift workers.
