Head of the therapeutic medicine sector Ali Mahrous said on Sunday that the ministry has prepared a plan to establish a hospital for Ophthalmology in Abu-Zneema, South Sinai.
Mahrous added that the ministry would equip the hospital with modern medical devices, electronic systems and X-ray machines.
The ministry also will use total quality management in all departments of the hospital.
Official spokesperson of Health Ministry Khaled Megahed explained that the ministry would also establish an Ophthalmology Hospital in al-Mahala city, and prepare renewal and construction plans for Qena Ramad Hospital.
The ministry also would prepare a plan to raise the efficiency of the Fayoum Ramad Hospital and Assiut Ramad Hospital.
