Gunmen attacked the car of Hossam al-Badry in Libya early Sunday. Al-Badry was the former Egyptian national football coach and is currently the coach of Libyan team al-Ahly al-Tarabolsy.
The attackers were not identified and their motives remain unknown.
According to the official Facebook page of the Libyan club, three gunmen attacked Badry in Tripoli on his way back home.
It added Badry did not suffer any injuries.
