Google protects user privacy, says Google Egypt chief

Wael al-Fakharany, head of Google Egypt and North Africa, said “Google takes the issue of securing user privacy seriously.”

Google provides its users with safety, according to al-Fakharny, “No one can review data of other users’ accounts like e-mail and other services.”

Privacy violation means reviewing data of others’ accounts without getting permissioned. Violation may be in the form of following on websites visited by user, products that mostly attract him to study his consumer behavior. It may also come in the form of reviewing personal files saved on his computer including personal photos and documents.
