German authorities removed the ban on its nationals traveling to the Red Sea and announced that its investment in Egypt will continue.
The German ambassador to Egypt, Michael Bock, said during a meeting with Egyptian Minister of International Cooperation Fayza Abul Naga that the German government and people "stand beside Egypt in such delicate situation."
Abul Naga expressed appreciation of this and of Bock's positive role.
The Japanese ambassador in Cairo, Norihiro Okuda, likewise voiced his country's readiness to support Egypt in such "historical moments."
Okuda, after meeting with Abul Naga, stressed the necessity of boosting cooperation between Egypt and Japan, and said that Japanese have already begun flocking to Egypt again.
