Unknown elements blew up on Thursday the natural gas pipeline in Al-Sabeel area, Arish city, North Sinai.
No further information was provided from any official authority on the blast so far.
“Gunmen exploded the gas pipeline in Al-Sabeel area in Arish. Flames shot high into the air after the blast,” a security source told Al-Masry Al-Youm.
“The pipeline was secured by closing the valves,” the source added.
The gas pipeline has been exploded by unknown gunmen multiple times over the past few years as the security in North Sinai has deteriorated following the 25 January revolution.
