A former Free Egyptians Party MP called for protests if President Mohamed Morsy violates the law, saying that if he does, “we will protest against him and demand his removal.”
Mohamed Abou Hamed said the president must respect all the provisions of the judiciary and must not interfere in its affairs.
Abou Hamed told Al-Masry Al-Youm that Hesham Qandil, who Morsy assigned to form a new cabinet, is “known for his Islamist tendency.” That indicates that the Muslim Brotherhood continues to dominate over the political life.
The former MP said that the Egyptian people shall realize “the Brotherhood’s intentions” before it’s too late.
He said the next revolution would be a real revolution against the Brotherhood, calling on people to demonstrate against them.
