Former General Intelligence head Mourad Mowafy called on his supporters on Tuesday to join former Defense Minister Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's presidential campaign.
Mowafy said he would not run in the presidential race as long as Sisi has decided to run for president. Mowafy's presidential campaign coordinator Samuel Ashay said campaign members will do as Mowafy said, pointing out that the campaign believes Mowafy can head a new political alliance for the parliamentary elections.
