Egypt’s Foreign Affairs Ministry is once again warning citizens against making online deals with unverified foreign companies.
The ministry, in a statement on Saturday, urged citizens not to be “driven by the desire for fast gain” in the form of reaching deals with traders and companies abroad without first obtaining documented data on those parties.
The statement said money paid by citizens in such dealings could put them at risk of losing their money to bogus entities.
