Health Minister Ahmed Emad Eddin announced the establishment of a field hospital behind the Ismailia Youth Conference platform and the deployment of 40 ambulances in Ismailia governorate.
During his visit to Ismailia, the minister reviewed preparations for the conference along with Ahmed al-Ansary, head of the Ambulance Organization.
Ansary presented the organization's plan to deploy ambulances on Ismailia main roads throughout the conference.
The minister ordered the increase of the number of blood bags, medicines and doctors.
The minister also ordered the formation of a task force and preparing intensive care units in all Ismailia hospitals in case any emergency cases occur.
He canceled the vacation of medical staff in Ismailia hospitals and inspected Ismailia General Hospital on Tuesday morning, instructing effective coordination between the hospital and the Canal University Hospital.
