Fatal car accident in North Sinai claims one life, injures three

One person was killed and three others sustained various injuries in a private car rollover accident on the International Coastal Road in North Sinai.

Relevant authorities in North Sinai received a notification about a private vehicle overturning while traveling on the El Arish/Qantara East road, in the Al-Tulul area west of El Arish city.

The accident resulted in the death of Ahmed Ayman Rushdy, 25, from Ismailia Governorate, who succumbed to head contusions.

The injured include Ayman Rashed Rashad, 50, who suffered cuts to his feet and hands and various body contusions; Manal Mohamed Farouk, 45, with a forehead laceration and various body contusions and abrasions; and Menna Rushdy Rashad, 16, who sustained various body contusions and abrasions.

The deceased’s body was transported to the Bir al-Abd Specialized Hospital morgue, pending the Public Prosecution’s disposition. The injured were transferred to the hospital for necessary treatment, and relevant authorities were notified of the accident.
