Five people from one family died after a car overturned into a canal on the Tanta Mahal Manouf road.
Gharbiya authorities were notified by the emergency police reporting a car accident in the Mallaha Canal on the Tanta Mahal Manouf road.
Immediately, security forces and a river rescue team moved to the scene of the report, and five bodies were recovered.
The deceased were transferred to the morgue and legal procedures were taken in the incident.
