Temperatures in Egypt to drop six degrees on Friday and Saturday

Meteorologists predict that temperatures in Egypt’s will decrease by six degrees on Friday and Saturday.

Moderate weather is expected for Friday across Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, northern Upper Egypt and along the northern coasts.

Temperatures will be higher in South Sinai, the Red Sea mountains, and southern Upper Egypt.

High temperatures expected for the following areas on Friday are: 33C in Greater Cairo, 33C in Lower Egypt, 28C on the northwestern coasts, 29C on the northeastern coasts and central Sinai, 36C in South Sinai and the Red Sea mountains, 34C in northern Upper Egypt, and 38C in southern Upper Egypt.

Winds are expected to be moderate and somewhat active in Lower Egypt and on the northeastern coasts. Winds will be more active in Greater Cairo, the northwestern coasts, South Sinai, and the Red Sea mountains, kicking up sand and dust in various parts of South Sinai and Upper Egypt, and disturbing maritime navigation.

Moderately hot weather is predicted for Saturday in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt.

Moderate weather is expected along the northern coasts, and higher temperatures are predicted for southern Sinai, the Red Sea mountains, and southern Upper Egypt.
