The Egyptian Meteorological Authority on Thursday said that the weather will fluctuate drastically over the weekend, with the current heat wave ending tomorrow.
Cairo will cool down noticeably on Friday, while cold weather will prevail along the north coast.
The authority explained that the weather in the northern half of the country will be cold at night during the next 48 hours, while it will be moderate in Upper Egypt.
Temperatures predicted for the following areas on Friday are:
Greater Cairo: 25C
Northwest coast: 19C
Northeast coast: 20C
Central Sinai: 20C
South Sinai: 29C
Red Sea: 29C
Northern Upper Egypt: 27C
Southern Upper Egypt: 35C
