Moderate weather is predicted on the northeastern coasts and central Sinai, with hot weather for South Sinai, the Red Sea mountains, and northern Upper Egypt and very hot weather in southern Upper Egypt.
By nightfall temperatures will grow moderately cold across most of the country.
Mist is expected during the morning hours at Cairo and Lower Egypt.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 34C in Cairo and Alexandria, 39C in Qena, and 40C in Luxor and Aswan.
Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate across the country, active on the northwestern coasts and South Sinai and potentially disrupting maritime navigation in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez.
Active winds will blow sand and dust far west of the country.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be rough, ranging between two and three meters in height.
Surface winds will be northwesterly on both seas.
