In the first half of the game, Egypt beat Algeria 21-12 before the gap widened during the second half.

The winner of the Morocco-Angola match will face Egypt in the final scheduled for Thursday.

In the earlier stages of the tournament, Egypt managed to beat Guinea in the opening match with a score of 42/22 before defeating Zambia 42/23.

Handball officials telephoned team members to congratulate them on qualifying and to ask players to continue doing their best.
