Egypt’s Mufti Shawqi Allam has offered condolences to Libya over the victims of Storm Daniel which swept the country from the Mediterranean on Sunday, destroying buildings and roads and left hundreds of casualties in the country.
In a statement on Tuesday, Allam extended condolences to the Libyan people and voiced solidarity with the families of the victims and injured.
He wished a speedy recovery for the injured and prayed for God to bestow his mercy on the dead people.
