The Egyptian Kennel Federation (EKF) has announced that it would organize a championship in Cairo on December on dog beauty, featuring the participation of a jury from the International Guide Dogs Federation that includes members from Argentina, Australia and Slovenia.
The EKF’s Chairman, Mohammed al-Azhari, stated that the competition will consist of an international competition qualifying the dogs to win the world champion title for competence and beauty.
al-Azhari added that the championship will also include a national competition for dog competence and beauty in Egypt.
He explained that the federation has also been working on recording Egyptian dog breeds, particularly the Armant dog.
