EgyptAir has allowed specific categories of passengers to travel between Egypt and Saudi Arabia starting September 15, based on instructions released by the Saudi Civil Aviation Authority.
These passengers include Saudi nationals, their companions and families, and non-Saudi nationals obtaining exit and return work visas, valid visiting visas or own a valid residence visa.
EgyptAir urged all passengers to present the results of a PCR test for the coronavirus no earlier than 48 hours prior to departing from Egyptian airports.
Traffic in all Egyptian airports resumed July 1, in accordance with Egypt’s preventive and precautionary measures to coexist with the coronavirus.
Air traffic in Egypt was previously suspended March 19, excluding air cargo flights, repatriation charters, international medical flights, and domestic flights.
