EgyptAir, Egypt’s national carrier, has announced the launch of a new automated baggage tracking service for its passengers.
This innovative service allows passengers to monitor the status of their baggage on EgyptAir flights and connecting flights with Star Alliance member airlines.
Through the EgyptAir mobile application, passengers can now receive real-time updates on the location and status of their luggage. Available on both Android and iOS platforms, the app allows passengers to easily track their baggage by entering their name and booking or ticket number and enabling notifications.
This latest development reflects EgyptAir’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its digital services and elevating its overall passenger experience.
