Egypt, Turkey see increase in tourist demand from Argentina: CVC Argentina

CVC Argentina conducted a survey on Argentine tourist demand in its report focused on underrated “exotic destinations” such as Egypt, Turkey, South Africa and Morocco.

The report’s recommended destinations in the months between October and February are Egypt, Turkey and Indonesia, which sees crowded demand for reservations in that period.

The survey indicated that the countries generally chosen between September and October are Thailand, Dubai, India or the Maldives.

Argentine Airlines recorded a 12 percent increase in passenger traffic, the report said.

“In the case of Turkey and Egypt, they are two destinations full of history in all their corners, from mosques to the pyramids, and they are something that should not be missed,” according to the report.

Egypt, the report said, is synonymous with the historical pyramids of Giza.

In addition there are many temples, mosques and tourist attractions that can be visited, such as the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, Kom Ombo Temple, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Queens, Karnak, Memphis and Edfu Temples.

And Turkey, according to the report, is synonymous with mosques, the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar, which it says are a must-see, while taking a balloon trip promises an unforgettable experience witness in Turkey.

The Topkapi Palace and Galata Tower are also amongst Turkey’s main attractions.
