Egypt’s market loses LE760 million on Thursday, EGX30 down 0.6%

Egypt's benchmark EGX30 index on Thursday went down by 0.6 percent , recording 8,406.17 points and a turnover of LE795 million, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.

Meanwhile, the small and mid-cap EGX70 index and the broader EGX100 index inched up by 022 percent and 0.07 percent, respectively.

Arab and foreign institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE21.6 million and LE167 million, respectively, while local institutions were net sellers, recording net flows of LE272 million.

The EGX market capital lost LE760 million (US$100 million), hitting LE486.13 billion, compared to LE486.89 billion on Wednesday
