Egypt’s market loses LE3.2 bn on Sunday, EGX30 down 0.7 %

Egypt's market closed in the red zone on Sunday, as the benchmark EGX30 index went down 0.65 percent, to 7,263.29 points with a turnover of LE183.4 million, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.
 
Meanwhile, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 index and the broader EGX100 index declined 0.58 percent and 0.65 percent, respectively.
 
Arab and foreign institutions were net buyers recording net flows of LE6.4 million and LE1.1 million, respectively, while local institutions were net sellers recording net flows of LE12.1 million.
 
The EGX market lost LE3.16 billion (US$405 million), hitting LE444.07 billion, compared to LE447.23 billion on Thursday.
