Egypt's benchmark index EGX30 declined by 0.35 percent on Wednesday's session, reaching 8,896.68 points, and a turnover of LE528.4 million, according to the data from the Egyptian Exchange.
Meanwhile, the broader EGX70 index and EGX100 index fell by 1.12 percent and 0.78 percent respectively.
Arab institutions were net sellers, recording net flows of LE20.3 million, while foreign and local institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE58.9 million and LE 9.5 million respectively..
EGX market capital lost LE1.26 billion (US$167million), to hit LE510.7 billion, compared to LE511.96 billion on Tuesday.
