Egypt's market recovered on Tuesday's session in, with benchmark index EGX30 increasing 2.45 percent, reaching 8,716.37 points and a LE409.4 million turnover, according to the data from the Egyptian Exchange.
Meanwhile, the broader EGX70 index and the EGX100 index also rose by 2.62 percent and 2.12 percent respectively.
Local institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE25.37 million, while foreign and Arab institutions were net sellers, recording net flows of LE2.74 million and LE4.29 million respectively.
EGX market capital gained LE7.42 billion (US$978.8million), to hit LE502.81 billion, compared to LE495.39 billion on Monday.
