Egypt's market main index EGX30 inched up 0.52 percent on Monday's session recording 9,830.46 points and a turnover of LE 505.9 million, Egyptian Exchange data showed.
The broader EGX70 index and the EGX100 index rose by 0.77 percent and 0.56 percent respectively.
Foreign and Arab institutions were net buyers recording net flows of LE10.6 million and LE16.6 million respectively as opposed to local institutions that closed as net sellers recording a net flow of LE130.2 million.
Meanwhile, Egyptian retail investors were net buyers, recording a net flow of LEP5.7 million while Arabs and foreign retail investors ended the session as net sellers, recording net flows of LE2.3 million and LE0.32 million respectively.
EGX market capital gained LE7 billion to hit LE538.7 billion, compared to LE 531.7 billion on Sunday's session.
