Egypt's market rebounded Thursday's session with EGX30 closing 1.68% up recording 8,946.34 points and a turnover of LE525million on the back of the pick-up in the Arab markets, dealers said .
Meanwhile, the EGX70 and EGX100 rose 1.55 present 1.51 percent respectively.
Arab and local retail investors were net buyers in today’s session recording net purchases of LE24.07million and LE15.0million respectively while local institutions recorded net sales of LE33.81million, Sigma Securities Brokerage said.
EGX market capital gained LE 5.02 billion to hit LE498,71 billion compared to LE493.69 billion on Tuesday.
Gulf stock markets extended gains on Thursday after oil rebounded slightly from its Wednesday low and several companies made positive announcements, according to Reuters .
