Egypt's market closed in the green zone for Sunday's session, as the benchmark EGX30 Index increased 1.49 percent reaching 9,121.92 points and a turnover of LE653 million, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.
Meanwhile, the small and mid-cap index EGX70 and the broader EGX100 index rose by 1.55 percent and 1.2` percent, respectively.
Foreign and local institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE10.4 million and LE71.5 million, respectively, while Arab institutions were net sellers, recording net flows of LE24 million.
The EGX market capital gained LE4.07 billion (US$534 million) to hit LE508.60 billion, compared to LE504.53 billion on Thursday.
