Egypt’s Tourism and Antiquities Ministry said on Tuesday that the country ranked second in the list of Czech citizens’ favorite tourist destinations for the summer of 2021, according to a report published by the Czech website Prague Morning.
According to the website, a Google search engine report ranked Egypt as second of the top five tourist destinations for people in the Czech republic, receiving 21,845 searches during the spring.
Prague Morning pointed out that Egypt is a unique tourist destination, where visitors can see ancient monuments while enjoying vibrant cities and the picturesque Red Sea coast.
In related news, Tripadvisor, the largest travel platform in the world, chose Cairo and the tourist resorts in Marsa Alam City as one of the best popular tourist destinations in the world for 2021.
It also named the Giza Pyramids area, the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, and Cairo Nile cruises as the top distinctive and unusual experiences in the world.
These lists are chosen according to traveler reviews and ratings of places to visit, things to do, accommodations, and restaurants around the world on Trip Advisor.
