Direct flights from Hurghada, Sharm el-Sheikh available throughout the World Cup

The Egyptian Airports Company announced the launch of a program of flights throughout the World Cup in Qatar, as part of the tourism hosting programs for World Cup fans.

The company said in a statement through its official account on Twitter that it decided to open tourist flights between the Qatari capital, Doha, with Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada, for the duration of the World Cup during November.

The company indicated that World Cup fans will be able to obtain tourist trips to Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada to obtain tourist vacations on its beaches for tourists who wish to do so between matches.

Both Saudi Arabia and the UAE have announced tourism hosting programs and granting visas to holders of the Hayya World Cup card, granting holders the right to enter their territories on tourist holidays throughout the tournament period.

Egypt plans tourism

The Ministries of Tourism and Antiquities and Aviation issued a joint statement in September announcing the launch of a promotional campaign for Egyptian tourism during the Qatar World Cup, which will witness a large presence of all nationalities around the world.

The tournament will witness the attendance of a large number of fans of different nationalities from some countries that do not have direct airlines to Egypt, such as Latin American countries, which is an opportunity to attract these fans to visit Egypt.
