Egypt’s meteorologists predict decreasing temperatures across the country on Saturday. Moderate temperatures will dominate the northern coast while hot and mild temperatures will dominate Lower Egypt and Cairo. Very hot temperatures are expected for Lower Egypt during daylight.
Temperatures will grow mild at night throughout the country.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 31C in Alexandria, 37C in Cairo, 43C in Qena, 44C in Luxor and 45C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country, with low- and medium-level clouds anticipated.
Winds will be mostly northwesterly and moderate, and will be active on the northeastern coasts, South Sinai and the Gulf of Suez.
Waves in the Mediterranean and Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
